The Card Dust Vial

A vial that collects card dust. Handed to Percival Vale in session 9 by the unnamed lady of the Congregation of the Hollow Star, at the abandoned chapel in the Low Lanterns.

Nothing was explained with it. What card dust is, where it comes from, whether a card has to be used or damaged to produce it, how the vial collects it, and what the dust is for once collected are all unrecorded. Card dust does not appear anywhere else in the campaign so far — see The Cards.

History

Session 9. Given to Percival at the abandoned chapel by the lady of the Congregation, at the end of a meeting in which he was offered freedom and given no answers about what that meant. Carried by Percival. Empty as far as anything recorded. The rest of the party does not know he has it — the whole meeting happened while he was away from the table.
